Materials:
- 8.5 x 11 inch paper
- Scissors
- Pen or marker
Instructions:
- Start with a blank piece of paper fold it in half vertically. Unfold fold it in half horizontally. Unfold the paper you should have a creased X in the center of the page.
- Turn the paper over so the creases are on the bottom. Fold each corner to the center point where the creases intersect. You should be left with a smaller square.
- Flip the paper over again so the folded corners are on the bottom. Fold each corner again to the center point.
- Flip the paper over one last time so the folded corners are on the top. Fold the paper in half vertically horizontally to create creases from corner to corner.
- Place your fingers inside the flaps push them towards each other to create the fortune teller shape. Use your marker to write numbers in ascending order on each of the 4 panels. You can also write colors emotions or fortunes on each flap.
